Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use Imam Connect. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Post false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Impersonate any person or institution.
• Harass, abuse or harm other users.
• Upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security.

Institutions are solely responsible for the roles they post and for their hiring decisions. Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and applications. Imam Connect is a connection platform and is not a party to any employment relationship formed between users.

Verification is offered free of charge in version 1.0. A verification badge indicates that documents were reviewed, but it is not a guarantee of suitability, conduct or qualifications. Users should always perform their own due diligence.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, and you grant Imam Connect a limited licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the platform. You must have the rights to any content you upload.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the community. You may close your account at any time.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imam Connect is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
